Cancellation and Changes to Reservations

All cancellations must be made in writing and are effective upon receipt. Cancellation must be done 60 days before the itinerary start date for a 75% refund, 30 days before for a 50% refund, 15 days before for a 15%, and no refund thereafter.

 

Deposit and refund policies

The required deposit is non-refundable. The balance must be paid in full 45 days before the itinerary start date. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit and service.

Cancellation by MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE

MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason, including if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is judged by MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE to be compromised. In such cases, a refund of payment shall constitute full and final settlement.  MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air OR travel tickets tickets. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

 

Travel Insurance

You agree and acknowledge that in order to participate in any MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE trip travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to get coverage make sure, the insurance that you obtain adequately covers you for medical expenses, accidents, property loss, and curtailment or cancellation of your trip. Such insurance is not included with your purchase on the Site. Travel insurance is highly recommended in the case of personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses. MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE will not be held responsible in any occasion.
